Job Description**
**More specifically, you will**:

- Partner with your fellow Recruiters to develop and implement end-to-end talent acquisition. We will involve you at every step of the process, so you are fully briefed on what we need to find;
- Spend your days on social media building networks and communities. You know your way around LinkedIn and can write Boolean strings that guide you to the right people;
- You will live and breathe social media. We want to utilize Github, Snapchat, Facebook and Twitter to find us help people. Maybe you can show us how to do this and teach us things we don’t know;
Be proactive in sourcing talent, you do not believe in the post and pray approach and waiting for things to come back to you;
- Become the Corporate Recruitment Manager’s go-to person and partner in crime for all things linked to talent sourcing;
- Want to learn and grow. We will happily take the time to develop your Talent Acquisition skills with the aim of growing you into a Recruiter.
**How do we measure success?**
- This will be demonstrated by securing in-demand talent and providing data that will help us to make strategic decisions for the business;
- You’ll love researching people, data mining, and just generally finding talent. If you have a passion for Recruitment Marketing then that’s a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- University level education or equivalent. Having a degree is beneficial but not a must-have. You must be keen to learn, develop and a have a thirst for acquiring new knowledge and techniques;
- 1 - 3 years’ of relevant experience gained through working in a Recruitment agency, RPO, MSP or in-house environment;
- A good understanding of LinkedIn and how it functions. You should be comfortable using the Recruiter search function and know how to find talent;
Knowledge of social media sites such as Facebook, Snapchat, Research Gate, Github, Xing or WeChat desirable;
- You are comfortable interpreting data and understand how it can guide us to the correct talent pool and make hiring decisions;
- We do not mind which industries you have recruited for previously, we just care about what you can bring to us and how you want to develop.

Additional Information**
This position will be based at our office in Madrid.
