Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to hire a **Dutch-speaking Sales Account Manager** for their Barcelona office.
In this role, you’ll support Dutch businesses and agency partners with **tailored digital advertising strategies**, helping them grow across EMEA while contributing to high-quality online marketing experiences in the Spanish market.
**Your Role**
- Strengthen client and agency relationships by delivering customized, performance-driven strategies and promoting relevant digital marketing solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance to help clients maximize ROI through high-quality strategic recommendations.
- Meet sales objectives while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
**Your Qualifications**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- C2 level **Dutch** and strong English proficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising, preferably google ads.
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms and online campaign management.
- Strong communication, time management, and analytical abilities.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, goal-driven, and customer-focused.
- Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.
