**IT Helpdesk Support**

**Permanent contract **/ Marbella, Spain

**Qualifications**:

- Technical degree, ideally in IT domain
- 4+ years overall IT-related experience, ideally in top consulting companies
- Familiar with IT Service Management tools and processes
- Strong communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn quickly and think creatively
- Excellent level of English (minimum B2 or equivalent)
- Experience in Education sector is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serves users and monitors the availability of the Information Services by organizing and planning the work.
- Maintains the users' computer equipment (hardware, software and office standards) to ensure its proper functioning.
- Provides support by repairing breakdowns, either by telephone or on receipt of the equipment, either by own means or by external repairs.
- Performs installations of new workstations (computers, network connections, wiring, etc.).
- Prepares helpdesk and management statistics, ordering and generating documentation related to the department.
- Controls and manages the computer equipments through the warehouse, administering a stock of replacements.
