**Swedish** **Technical Agent - Full training and a competitive salary.**

We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic **Technical Agents** to provide the very best remote service to our Swedish speaking customers.

**The Role**
- You’ll work to resolve any problems or security issues for our customers.
- You will perform remote troubleshooting and problem-solving on Windows, OSX, iOS, and Android devices.
- You will give security and performance diagnosis and implement improvements for the customer.
- You’ll ensure customers receive the best service and you will go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will take part in ongoing training to ensure your knowledge and skills are up to date for new IoT devices and other IT products.
