We are looking for a proactive **Office Manager (Substitution Contract) **in the Alicante area that wants to join us on this trip, helping us to excel in our day to day organisation.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US**:
- **Planning and booking** of national and international trips for our colleagues.
- **Central purchasing**: researching offers, creating decision templates and order processing.
- Accurate** office supplies & stock control management**.
- Working actively with the finance department on the **invoicing collection**.
- **Planning, organisation and implementation of corporate event**s and collaborations in cross-team projects.
- **Facility management** (organisation and coordination of trades work, coordination with property management).
- **General office management** (scheduling and coordination, mail acceptance and dispatch, hospitality, etc).
- **Cross team support **in general administrative tasks.
- Close cooperation with site managers, finance, Office Management partner in Cologne and HR colleagues to **assure a perfect employee experience**, including site events, employee onboarding, etc.

**THE IDEAL COLLEAGUE**:
- At least first 1-2 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Above-average organisational skills and a structured, independent and conscientious way of working.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English **(mandatory)**.
- Ability to proactively communicate and manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on mentality, ability to work in a self-organised manner and also think outside the box.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Package programs.
- Previous experience in multicultural environments would be a real advantage.
**NICE TO HAVE**:
- Ticketing tools knowledge (Trello, Jira) would be appreciated.
- German Language.
- Tourism, Hospitality, OTA or e-commerce company background.
