Overview As an Office Manager & Executive Assistant, you will have a hybrid role combining efficient office management with strategic and operational support to the General Management. You will be a key pillar in ensuring smooth internal operations, optimizing administrative processes, and facilitating effective communication between Management and the different departments.Responsibilities As part of your role, you will contribute to maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment, coordinate administrative workflows, and support day-to-day operations to enable management to focus on strategic priorities.Qualifications About YouYou are an organized, proactive, and solution-oriented person. You enjoy working in dynamic environments and are motivated by making others’ work easier, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.You feel comfortable managing multiple tasks at the same time, setting priorities effectively, and always maintaining a positive attitude. Discretion, reliability, and effective communication are among your key strengths.You have experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, you are able to anticipate needs, and you like to keep everything under control.
