- SAP PLATFORM ENGINEER- Our SAP Landscape and our move to S/4 Hana plays a key role in going the next step towards enabling us to be the best and most digital sports company of the world.
We are looking for SAP Platform Engineer. You will work together with technical and business counterparts to ensure a successful S/4HANA SAP software delivery and platform enablement. Therefore, you’ll assume responsibility for assigned projects driving the day-to-day aspects of S/4HANA Software development an improving the SAP Platform supporting the road to S/4 HANA development and implementation for standardization and simplification.- Key Responsibilities
- You will be part of the overall program for the S/4 HANA transformation.
- You will be part of the product team on the tech side to build prototypes/PoCs/Recommend solutions to improve our SAP Platform.
- You will Design, estimate, develop and implement projects based on SAP S4HANA technologies
- You will review functional specifications to ensure completeness in preparation for development
- You will run quality assesment and do code reviews of peers’ code
- You will provide technical SAP advisory and consulting to projectss and products for custom development and performance optimization
- You will ensure the adherence of SAP Standards and Best Practices
- You will participate in Projects and provide clear Status Updates on Milestones
- What are we looking for?
- College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Min. 4 years of SAP development experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written)
- Capability to work well in a virtual and distributed team-based environment and able to work under pressure with committed deadlines
- Required technical skills
- Development experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Reports and workflow).
- Knowledge about HANA native programming: Core Data Services (CDS), ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP), ABAP RESTful Programming Model (RAP)
- Strong background in ABAP object-oriented programming and ability to write performant code following latest ABAP techniques and technologies.
- Knowledge working with any integration technologies (IDOC, OData, APIs, Web Services, SAP CPI, AIF, SAP Gateway)
- Nice to have skills
- Working experience with S/4 HANA implementation projects
- S/4 HANA technical architecture concepts and design
- Experience with analysis tools like Run time analysis, SQL Trace, code inspector and SAP ABAP Test Cockpit to check the quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA.
- Experience in Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience working with any of the products of SAP BTP
- Experience in BRF+, Adobe Forms, Workflows
- Technical solution design of programs
