Admin Assistant with Marketing Experience

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Assistant with Marketing experience to join our real estate agency in Marbella.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as entering data regarding new developments on our website.
- Update social media platforms with properties and engaging content.
- Prepare and send newsletters to clients and prospects.
- Assist with marketing projects, such as adverts for magazines and other marketing materials using Adobe Photoshop.
- Assist with other general office duties as needed.
- Inform our sales agents on the availability of listings and business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Experience in a similar role with marketing experience is preferred.
