One of our exciting start-up iGaming clients is looking for an Affiliate to help grow their customers base across their diverse product offering in both sportsbook and casino.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced iGaming Risk Manager with a robust background in data analysis. As an iGaming Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing risk assessment, implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing incident response protocols, and utilising data analysis to optimise NGR/GGR percentages per game. This role necessitates a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the iGaming industry and a passion for leveraging data to make informed decisions.
**Responsibilities**
**Risk Assessment and Mitigation**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.
**Data Analysis**:
- Utilise advanced data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in player behaviour, transactions, and other relevant data.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop predictive models for risk management.
**Regulatory Compliance**:
- Stay updated on iGaming industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international gaming laws.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams for robust frameworks.
**Incident Response**:
- Develop and implement incident response protocols.
- Coordinate with teams to investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Provide timely reports on incident response activities to senior management.
**Reporting**:
- Generate regular reports on key risk indicators, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance.
- Present findings and insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for transparency and effective communication.
**NGR/GGR % per Game Control**:
- Implement strategies to optimise Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) percentages per game.
- Analyse game performance data for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams based on data-driven insights.
**Required skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Science).
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI
- Curacao licence & LATAM region knowledge
- Proven experience in iGaming risk management with a focus on data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
