**Responsibilities**:
**The role**:
**Key Action Areas**
- Manage and set the strategic vision of the Business School portfolio
- Manage multiple direct reports and mentor/coach staff
- Ensure school performance by establishing an effective admission journey in collaboration with Dean, Vice-Dean and its academic team
- Ideate and execute innovative practices for the admission process working directly with the Head of Admissions and the other Senior Managers
- Manage metrics, data, and forecasts for the school portfolio
- Develop effective channels of communication with the rest of the commercial departments
- Conduct interviews specializing on senior profiles and business school program applicants
- Deliver strategic input for conversion initiatives focused on enrollment and retention
- Plan and execute enrollment and retention initiatives on-Campus, off-campus and virtually
- Represent Global Admissions & Enrollment department at national and international events

Qualifications:
**Why You**:

- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, admissions, business development, and/or sales
- You have an MBA or a Masters’ degree from IE University or another leading graduate school
- Proficiency in English is required, Spanish is a plus
- Intellectually curious, open-minded and creative
- Great communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial drive
- Strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-oriented style
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Solution-oriented and a positive/can-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects, with different stakeholders simultaneously
- Management experience is a plus
