And that's where you come in. As our next L**ead **D**ata Analyst, **you will contribute to defining and developing the company analytics roadmap, and mentor other analysts on the team with advice and best practices. You’ll focus on analyzing business and customer behaviour to improve its performance and satisfaction, develop real-time data models to be used by our products, and help the company become data-centric.

- iaise with Marketing Team to analyze Acquisition and Retention campaigns performance and suggest improvements D
- evelop statistics models to better understand our business and help company growth W
- ork with the Product Team on defining needs and providing insights about user behaviour P
- articipate in the definition of the architecture to analyze and deploy models C
- ollaborate with other team members on developing data processing flows and analysis

**equirements**

A
- t least 3 years of experience as Data Analyst A
- t least 1 year of experience as lead or project manager H
- olds a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or Economics) E
- xperience working with Marketing processes and metrics, ideally on Mobile apps environment P
- rogramming skills and advanced knowledge of Python or R E
- xperience developing analytic models and reporting results E
- xperience with SQL, ETLs and data structures E
- xcellent level of both English and Spanish P
- ermanent residence in Spain

- nowledge of tools and principles of data visualisation and exploratory data analysis: Tableau, RMarkdown, Shiny E
- xperience in deploying models into production environments F
- amiliarity with building and deploying data pipelines and services in AWS K
