As the **Data Analyst Team Lead**, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing data to optimize our advertising strategies, enhance user experiences, and contribute to the growth of our platform. You will lead a dynamic team of data professionals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and campaign effectiveness.
**Tasks**:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing data analyst team in the AdTech domain;
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and enhance data infrastructure;
- Implement and oversee data accuracy, consistency, and validation procedures;
- Manage the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for non-technical teams;
- Lead A/B testing (marketing, app monetization, product testing): forming hypotheses, planning experiments and analyzing the results;
- Identify and manage data risks and opportunities aligned with business objectives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a data-focused team in the Ad tech domain;
- Strong knowledge of big data tools (Databricks, PySpark, orchestration tools and etc.), cloud technology (AWS) and programming languages (Python, SQL);
- Solid knowledge of Data Engineering and its tools;
- Strong experience in statistics, data mining, analyzing and calculating product metrics;
- Strong experience in solving Data Science and Machine Learning problems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to translate business needs into data solutions;
- Familiarity with ad tech industry standards (e.g., Ad Network platform, OpenRTB protocol, App monetization) and best practices in ad tech;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics);
- Based in Barcelona, Spain or ready for relocation.
