- Ideally 2 years of On-Site IT support experience
- Hardware & Software experience with computers, mobile and network devices. Experience in OS support via ticketing system
- Native Spanish and fluent English language (spoken and written)
- Good communication and social skills
- Customer orientation
**Your Tasks**:
Working as a Hemmersbach Onsite Technician your everyday tasks include the following:
- Help users with all IT-related requests
- analyze errors, maintain hardware, set up / remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD)
- Manage user accounts via Active Directory
- Log your approach and your solution to problems in a ticketing system.
