Desde DHR Global buscamos **Revenue Manager (H/M)** para empresa de gestión de alojamientos turísticos ubicada en Málaga.
**Funciones**:
- Formular la **estrategia de fijación de precios** y tomar las medidas de **_pricing_** necesarias para mejorar la rentabilidad, asegurando integridad y precisión.
- Mantener y actualizar la BBDD de historial de precios accesible por la Dirección de la compañía.
- Realización de métricas operativas clave como el RevPar, GopPAR, ADR, etc. sobre años anteriores.
- Trabajar con el área Comercial para poder realizar ofertas de gestión a los propietarios.
- Evaluación financiera periódica para analizar la efectividad de la acción de fijación de precios.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ingresos y ventas.
- Definir las técnicas de análisis para optimizar el producto.
**Requisitos**:
- Formación profesional superior/ Grado o Licenciatura universitaria.
- Curso especializado en Revenue Management.
- **Experiência mínima de 3 años en la gestión de rentabilidad en gestión de apartamentos turísticos**.
- Especialista en _pricing_.
- Habilidades comunicativas.
- Perfil analítico, organizado con atención al detalle.
- Estrategia de marketing y precios.
- Desarrollo de proyectos junto con el departamento tecnológico.
- Valorable nível de inglés B2.
- Software específico de análisis de datos.
- Manejo de CRM.
