**Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Content Steward** **that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.**
The Content Steward supports the Digital Asset Management platform (DAM), global platform for storing, managing, and sharing our creative content within the global content creation and utilization model.
Content Stewards are responsible for supporting the DAM team with tasks related to user management and task management as well as managing support request tickets in the Global support platform.
Responsible for:
- Check and verify data relating to user registration and onboarding. Ensure that information is accurately entered in the system and follow proper procedures for user onboarding.
- Resolve user access issues into system platform. The Content Steward may need to verify information and update the database to reflect recent changes, again ensuring that the new data is correctly entered in the system.
- Handle enquiries regarding onboarding issues. Provide training and advice to employees on correct database access.
- Run user status reports
- Proactively check open tasks and move task progress forward as possible
- Audit and Quality check source files packages
- Assist in requesting source files for corrupt workflows
- Organize and process data relating to basic tickets in MyServices
- Monitor MyServices ticket dashboard
- Run service reports and follow up on appropriate metrics
Task management
- Task followup and cancelation
- Ticket management in Myservices
Onboarding of agencies
- Onboarding agencies internal
- Onboarding agencies TRACE
User management
User registration issues for external agencies and internal colleagues
User onboarding follow up and reporting
Identify and action selected asset owner tasks
Professional skills
- **Computer skills** -should be comfortable accessing information and using programs on one or more operating systems
- **Familiar with databases and Data entry**:
- **Attention to detail** - to ensure that data is correctly entered and secured. Database assistants must also pay close attention when verifying data
- **Organizational skills** to ensure agile and good quality of task management during the day
- **Communication skills **- effective verbal and written communication skills when providing assistance to employees or preparing reports
English required.
- Certificate of Higher Education (Formación professional) or Bachelor’s Degree
