SITA's Aircraft Business Unit makes flight operations, air traffic management and aircraft maintenance more sustainable and efficient by enabling collaboration between people and organizations in the air transport industry through 3 product portfolios:

- ** Communications**: Connecting aircraft and people around the world.
- ** Data & Platforms**: Turning aircraft data into valuable insight for the entire industry.

**PURPOSE**:
SITA Aircraft Communications provides advanced communication solutions for the aviation industry. It enables real-time data exchange between aircraft and ground operations, enhancing safety, operational efficiency, and passenger experience. Key services include aircraft tracking, in-flight connectivity, operational messaging, and flight data management, supporting both airline operations and passenger needs during flights.

As a Graduate Product & Portfolio Support, you will play a pivotal role in directly supporting the Head of SITA Aircraft Communications. You will contribute to both the product management function and team operations, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will assist in executing strategic projects that connect aircraft and people around the world, ensuring the smooth running of product and portfolio management processes. You will report directly to the Head of SITA Aircraft Communications and collaborate with other senior leaders across the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Portfolio Management Assistance**:

- Provide organizational support to the Senior Product Portfolio Manager, such as coordinating team meetings, assisting with recruitment, and helping organize training sessions.
- Assist in consolidating financial and operational data to ensure accurate reporting across the portfolio.
- Help prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership meetings.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to help facilitate collaboration and support the smooth running of product initiatives.

**Product Management Support**:

- Assist the Senior Product Portfolio Manager in supporting the Communications portfolio by helping organize product roadmaps, financial reviews, and quarterly reviews.
- Help gather data on product performance and customer feedback to assist in decision-making.
- Support product managers in tracking key performance metrics and documenting product requirements.
- Contribute to product launches, marketing initiatives, and internal communications.

**Strategic & Personal Projects**:

- Participate in specific projects related to the Communications portfolio to help align products with business goals.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies to support product and portfolio strategy.
- Assist in gathering competitive and industry insights to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
**QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS**:

- Recent graduate in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Aviation-related studies are a plus).
- Understanding the role of a Product Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and market insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes and/or aviation technology is a plus.
- Some experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is beneficial but not required.
