Overview:
**Purpose**

Additionally, this role will support the overall delivery of SITA’s Applications portfolio objectives and support the strategic, financial and customer satisfaction objectives for the given product(s). This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of a product(s) in line with the SITA’s strategic plans and manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support the day-to-day relationships with partners and suppliers key to the delivery of the cockpit satellite services and support the go-to-market strategy and implementation for new services and service evolutions with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Product Strategy**
- Analyze and understand market trends and the customer needs to articulate and document the product vision strategy
- Support sales team on our portfolio opportunities, as well as bids and pre-sales customer interactions
- Through an understanding of customer needs, support the definition and execution of product innovations and functional requirements
- Support the management of partnerships and supplier relationships

**Product Roadmap/ Life Cycle Management**
- Support the management of all products through their entire product lifecycle, from concept to retirement.
- Working cross functionally across the entire organization, including Engineering, Operations and Finance teams to support the achievement of the portfolio objectives
- Propose product investments and support the execution of business cases
- Collaborate on the organization of user groups to develop customer relationships and influence market thinking

- Support the overall management the Apps P&L
- Support the execution of contract to cash activities, including understand the pricing policies to track customer billing
- Support the management of tight cost control practices with contractors and service providers

Qualifications:
**Education and Professional Qualifications**
- Fluent in English: oral and written
- Master's degree in Product Management, Airline/Airport management, Commercial Aviation Pilot, Air operations or similar

**Experience**
- 1+ years professional experience (incl. internship)
- Desirable experience working in complex, international/multi-cultural and fast-moving environment
- Experience in Air Transport Industry or IT is a plus
