As a Graduate Product Manager, you will support the analysis and improvement of the Project's systems, processes, and operations. You'll work with stakeholders and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, consult with end users to document business processes, and identify ways to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate across functions to plan technology needs, gather requirements, create business justifications, and assist the Product Owner in developing technology roadmaps.

**Responsabilidades principales**

What are we looking for?

You’ll need to be a Graduate, and whilst we’re open to any degree discipline, you’ll need to be business minded, ideally with project management or process improvement understanding, and basic technology/software engineering knowledge and/or interest.

Sage is at the cutting edge of product innovation with a focus on Data & AI technologies. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in the use of AI tech to help solve customer pain points, drive efficiency and delight our customers. It will be beneficial for someone to have a general understanding of AI in products but as a graduate the expectation is not to have an expertise but rather the ability to learn the product landscape, show agility and fit a product to tech fit.

Alongside this, you’ll also have
- A keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind to help solve problem.
- You’ll be resilient and determined, able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- As part of a global business, you’ll be an effective communicator, able to collaborate with people from across the world.
- Adept at requirement gathering and the ability to collect, organise and disseminate large amounts of data.
- Able to present data and explain complex analyses in a clear manner.

These roles are based in Barcelona. You’ll be in the office at least 2 days a week so will need to live in (or be willing to relocate to) an easily commutable distance.
