PM Make Up - Carolina Herrera - Graduate Program Equipo: Marketing 1 year contract In the Carolina Herrera HQ department, we are looking for a Graduate Product Manager – Makeup. The graduate will be in charge of assisting the teams on the development of the future product development projects and marketing plans for the brand. Support Product Managers across all stages of the product development process — from market and data analysis to concept creation for new launches (moodboards, concept research, naming, packaging, and design ideas). Prepare and design marketing presentations for key business meetings, ensuring high-quality, visually consistent materials that reflect brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Trade, Merchandising, Training, Media, PR, etc.) Provide cross-category support for the marketing team through back-office coordination — managing samples for photoshoots, events, and major presentations, as well as overseeing product inventory and orders to ensure full availability. You are passionate & creative candidate, with strong communication skills, both in Spanish and English. You have a special sensibility and taste, mixed with strong organizational skills. Graduate contract: you cannot have more than 3 experiences after your last degree to be part of the program Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (as Intern/Apprentice) Spanish & English mandatory, French would be a plus. #
