Make Up Formula Development Graduate – PuigReporting to the Head of Product Development, you will support the Make‑Up Laboratory team in daily activities, gaining hands‑on experience in R&D processes and contributing to the development of innovative cosmetic formulas for brands such as Carolina Herrera, Christian Louboutin, Dries Van Noten, Rabanne, and Byredo.The OpportunityWhat you’ll get to do:Provide day‑to‑day support to the R&D team in formula development projects.Understand and follow all stages of the product development process.Monitor laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy and compliance (stability and compatibility).Coordinate testing activities (microbiology, safety, consumer test).Organize and prepare samples in the laboratory.Manage technical documentation and maintain organized records.Contribute to preparing documents, presentations, and testing reports.Collaborate with other departments on cross‑functional activities.Conduct market understanding and competitor analysis.Ensure internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.QualificationsExperienceLaboratory experience would be a plus.EducationBachelor’s in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Perfumery & Cosmetics or a related field.LanguagesFluent in Spanish & EnglishFrench would be a plusCompetenciesStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsPassion for the make‑up categoryCuriosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.Specific Knowledge RequiredTechnical skills (laboratory).Knowledge in physical testing and analytical methods.Familiar with global cosmetic regulations and cosmetic GMP.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
