**The role**:
As the Head of Infrastructure at MotorK, you will take ownership of the infrastructure that supports our range of products. You will work closely with the engineering and IT teams to ensure our infrastructure is efficient, secure, and scalable to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
Your role will involve designing and overseeing the architecture of our infrastructure, optimizing and improving existing systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.:
**What you will do**:

- Lead and manage the infrastructure team (Cloud & IT) to achieve operational excellence.
- Design, implement and support robust and scalable infrastructure systems.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop policies, guidelines, and best practices for infrastructure management.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure a smooth deployment process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement relevant technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Significant experience (at least 5+ years) in managing infrastructure systems in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions.
- Experience with networking, security, and storage solutions.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack, etc.).
- Knowledge of best practices for system security and data protection.
- Experience in implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNA, etc.) are a plus.
