The role: The Head of Cloud will lead the evolution of MotorK's cloud infrastructure environment to a state of the art platform engineering team. We\'re seeking candidates who bring: Leadership Excellence: A proven history of guiding teams and projects to success. Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of modern technologies and the ability to adapt quickly. AWS & Kubernetes Mastery: Hands-on experience with these platforms, enabling you to build and manage complex systems. This role offers the opportunity and autonomy to make decisions in the cloud and infrastructure domain for the leading SaaS company in the European automotive industry and to guide your colleagues in software development to adopt best practices in CI/CD, SRE, and Cloud. Requirements Extensive experience (minimum of 5 years) working in a live production cloud infrastructure is essential. Experience in environments serving thousands of clients with SLA commitments is highly advantageous. Proven experience in production-critical environments with SRE framework adoptions is necessary. You will be expected to develop/build the observability platform and lead the implementation of a mature SRE framework across company products and development teams, ensuring SLO/SLA for our customers. Good Knowledge of Cloud Services, Cloud Architecture, Cloud Governance & Cost Control experience is essential, as MotorK is a cloud-native environment. Solid understanding of: Infrastructure as code at scale. AWS Governance Experience, with a focus on Security & Networking. FinOps and Cost Controlling. Disaster recovery and business continuity in cloud environments. Solid experience in CI/CD tools and frameworks and DevOps adoption as you are required to evolve the CI/CD platform and help other teams in adopting best practices in continuous deployment. This is a leadership position. You will lead your team and champion the use of best practices throughout MotorK's Tech organization. Prior experience in team management and the ability to communicate effectively in senior management settings are essential for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
