As a result, we are the preferred brand protection partner for some of the leading global brands and content owners in the sporting, entertainment, fashion, editorial, and software industries, and we've now been tagged as "one of Europe's hottest tech companies" by Wired. **Job Description**: The "Platforms and Policy Operations" team is specialized in intellectual property and brand protection strategies, ensuring the creation, cross-platform alignment, and compliance of brand protection and intellectual property policies by various teams. The **Platforms Manager**: - will lead a seasoned and diverse global policy, platforms and marketplaces affairs team, working across product areas, policies, and functions. As the manager of the team you will embrace working collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the function, and bring both strategic vision and tactical skills to bear. Combining knowledge of intellectual property, ecommerce and startup culture, as well as creativity and intellectual rigor with your organizational skills to manage different projects to completion. We're looking for great communicators who can understand complex issues and explain them in person and also via well written, simple blog posts, FAQs, video scripts and more. As we help inform and educate stakeholders across different teams, as well as our clients and people in the industry. You are quick-witted, entrepreneurial and intellectually curious. To succeed in this role, you are willing to try new things and can manage numerous projects with tight deadlines. Things happen quickly at Red Points, and to do great work, you need to be an enthusiastic team player who can work cross-functionally with partners across Customer Success, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and beyond.
