Main Assignments:

- Implement company vision and strategy within the IT Operations space, around Production/Manufacturing processes. Translate company vision and strategy into an IT Project portfolio.
- Lead company IT Operations functional team in the area of Production/Manufacturing, including internal and external members.
- Ensure the IT Operations roadmap for its domain is delivered in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Act as the key point of contact for the relevant business counterparts, as well as other global and local IT colleagues.

Multinational company|Experience as IT Operations Manager

The IT Domain Manager Supply Chain Planning and Execution must be an expert in his/her functional and technical domain, with at least 10 years of competency in the design, development and implementation of IT Operations platforms in those areas. He/she must demonstrate:

- Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.
- Robust experience in the development and implementation of in-house and standard platforms end-to-end, from the strategic definition to the full deployment and roll-out.
- Extended functional experience in the implementation or management of relevant business flows (Production/Manufacturing).
- Management skills, including budget ownership, personnel administration, staff training and development.
- Experience and knowledge in complex architecture and integration landscapes.
- Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.
- Experience in the implementation and roll-out of platforms within the field of IT Operations (e.g. Demand Management, S&OP/SOIP, Master Production Schedule, MRP, Logistic Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems.. ).
- Experience in the Production/Manufacturing of Chemical companies is a plus.
