**As a Junior Scrum Master, your challenges will be**
- Guide, coach and motivate the Agile team, spread across the globe
- Organize and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily’s, Sprint Demo / etc.)
- Remove impediments
- Help the team as a servant leader to grow and getting better
- Facilitate collaboration within the team and outside roles
- Track efforts within Sprints using Jira and documentation within Wiki (Confluence)
- Participate in Communities of Practices (CoP)
- Provide Agile Awareness trainings

**What we expect from you**
- A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or engineering and first experiences as a Scrum Master in an IT environment. Working in virtual, globally distributed teams is what you like, and you have excellent English skills.
