Internal Communications Manager

Thrive in Our Dynamic Culture: - ** Empowerment: We encourage team members to take ownership and make impactful decisions.** - ** Clear Communication: We foster a collaborative environment with open and direct communication.** - ** Innovation: Join us in our passion for creating cutting-edge solutions and be part of something big** **What We're Looking For** In this role, you will be responsible for supporting **Global Internal Communications at Welltech.** Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications and Culture, you will work closely with HR colleagues and the Global Leadership Team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Work as a business partner on the internal communications strategy and framework. - Conceptualize and run campaigns to raise awareness, engage around, and implement change, while ensuring the best experience for our specialists and contributing to business success. - Collaborate and support cross-team projects to facilitate the Welltech values launch and drive engagement (wellbeing, charity activities, Welltech ambassadors, etc.) to foster an inclusive and diverse environment where Welltechers feel a sense of belonging and can make an impact. - Co-manage the internal comms calendar and be the go-to advisor for holistic internal messages, providing counsel to content contributors and leaders. - Create company-wide and targeted messages, crafting engaging and catchy content and assets to deliver the messages (talking points, FAQs, slide decks, posters, etc.) - all aligned with Welltech's vision, people and business strategy. - Plan, organize, and coach speakers for formats such as Company Updates (Town Halls), Ask Me Anything sessions, Leadership sessions, workshops, and others as needed. - Coordinate cooperation with the comms agency to create visual designs, video production, infographics, and brand memorable internal campaigns and engagement activities. - Drive continuous improvement: collect feedback, track key comms metrics, review, and proactively contribute to communication strategy evolution. **Required skills** - Successfully completed communication or media science/ journalistic training or studies or you carry any comparable qualifications - Have previous experience in communications, agencies, or comparable areas, with proven expertise in developing and/or implementing communication strategies, particularly in a very dynamic business environment - Fluent in spoken and written English (C2 +) - all the comms are in English; Ukrainian language knowledge is a plus - Exceptional writing and editing skills - flawless spelling and grammar are essential for success in this role - A great communicator and a forward thinker with strong organizational skills and cross-cultural awareness - Creative and self-driven, ready to embrace ambiguity and stay positive through challenges - Passionate for people’s experience of company culture and Welltech mission to help people stay active - Confident in pitching ideas, collaborating with and influencing senior management - Change communications skills/qualifications, project management skills, basic video editing and graphic design skills are a plus but are not essential (e.g. experience with Canva and iMovie, or similar) could be an advantage Recruiter call -> Meet the hiring manager -> Case study interview **Why You'll Love Working at Welltech**: - Competitive Salary & Benefits: Your skills and experience are highly valued in our compensation package. - Inclusive Culture: We foster a supportive and engaging environment where everyone feels supported and inspired. - Growth & Flexibility: We offer opportunities for career advancement, flexible work arrangements, and a healthy work-life balance. - Innovation & Creativity: We encourage initiative and innovation, giving you the autonomy to drive positive change and shape the future of health and wellness.
