**The location of the role is in: Oviedo**
**About the job**
As a Customer Service Representative at RHI Magnesita, you will be the main point of contact between our clients and different departments involved in the trading process (i.e., logistics, sales, production, and finance). You will manage the entire Order to Cash process, from entering the purchase order into our system to the final delivery and cash collection. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to suggest and optimize process improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer service.
**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Evaluating the accuracy of contracts, purchase orders, and order confirmation accuracy
- Supporting in operational tasks involving logistics, import-export documentation, production rescheduling, and cash collection
- Supporting internal and external clients with troubleshooting tasks during the whole Order to Cash process
- Ensuring sales orders’ proper delivery and accurate invoicing
**About You**
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. With your hands-on mentality, structured approach and analytical skills, you proactively seek to improve the status quo. **What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education**
- Preferably a University degree in relation to Business Administration or International Trade
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German - Intermediate/High - would be a considerable asset
**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience in International Logistics, Customer Service, or a similar area
- SAP knowledge would be a considerable asset
