Customer Service Representative

**The location of the role is in: Oviedo**

**About the job**

In this position you will ensure the effectiveness and performance of the Order-to-Cash process, acting as a link between the company and our clients in order to achieve the company’s goals while implementing and following the valid RHI Magnesita internal guidelines and policies in your daily tasks.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Interacting with customers, logistics and finance department for finalization of processes
- Developing operational tasks within Commercial Management and the Order to Cash (OTC) process
- Manage simple and complex customer orders (inspections, audits, Chamber of Commerce, payment compliance, etc.)
- Creation and management of contracts
- Maintaining high level of accuracy with Order entering process and the follow up of Cash management
- Ensuring correct handle of operational tasks according to defined KPIs

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- Business Administration University degree or relevant Commercial education

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered as an asset

**Work Experience**
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
