Customer Service Representative with Advanced

**About the job**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure the effectiveness and performance of the Order-to-Cash process. You will link the client and various company departments (e.g., Sales, Logistics, or Inventory) involved in the trading process, ensuring a smooth flow of operations. In this role, you will oversee customer orders and manage tasks such as inspections, audits, and payment compliance. Your support will be vital for achieving RHI Magnesita’s goals while implementing and following valid internal guidelines and policies.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Developing operational tasks within Commercial Management and the Order to Cash (OTC) process
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy with the Order entering process and the follow-up of Cash management
- Resolution of incidences
- Ensuring correct handling of operational tasks according to defined KPI
- Proactive communication and promotion of processes and suggestion of continuous improvement ideas

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education and Skills**
- Business Administration University degree or relevant Commercial education
- Commercial and financial knowledge would be ideal
- Knowledge of SAP HANA would be a plus

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German is **A MUST **- Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language is considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Few years of relevant professional experience
