As a Tech Support, you will be responsible for listening attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to understand customer requirements and escalating to the next level of the problem resolution process through the required tool/resource as required by the process.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot basic and routine customer issues that are of technical nature.
- Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.
- Escalate to the next level of the problem resolution process through the required tool/resource as required by the process.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Handle customer technical support queries through the phone.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns in order to understand customer requirements.
