**About the role**:
The GenMews Graduate Program is a two-year, full-time rotational program where you’ll work with three different teams, each for 8 months. It’s designed to turn curious, entrepreneurial graduates into future leaders who live our values and drive real change. You’ll work on real projects, see your ideas implemented, and make a tangible impact at Mews. You won’t be doing it alone - you’ll get tailored training, support from our Talent Development team, and regular time with leaders along the way.

After each rotation, you’ll make your case for the team you want to join next based on your strengths, interests, and where you can drive the most value. Our Talent Development team helps match your journey with evolving business needs so you grow into a versatile, entrepreneurial generalist set up for a strategic future at Mews.

**What’s GenMews all about?**
This is your chance to rotate through different parts of the business and learn how strategy, people, product, operations, and more connect. So what can you expect?
- Experience different corners of Mews: 3 rotations of 8 months each in teams across the business.
- Pitch for your next steps: after every rotation, present your case and, based on business need and your performance, we’ll confirm your next placement.
- Mentorship and support: you’ll have access to experienced mentors plus a dedicated program lead.
- Flexibility and growth: a mix of on-the-job learning, tailored development, and plenty of opportunities to present, influence, and lead.

**Your first rotation**

For your first rotation, pick your preference between:

- Product Marketing - Fintech
- Strategic Partnerships
- Talent Operations
- ESG
- Field Marketing
- Central Operations - DnA & CS
- Product Knowledge Activation - Technical Writing.

**Your mission, should you choose to accept it**:

- Join three different departments over two years, contributing to meaningful, high-impact work.
- Pitch for your next rotation, developing communication, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.
- Partner with mentors and leaders to accelerate your learning and leadership growth.
- Build a strong generalist foundation - understanding how strategy, people, product, and operations (and more) connect.
- Work on real projects that influence decision-making and business direction.
- Leverage tailored support from our Talent Development team throughout your journey.

️ **You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you**:

- Demonstratable work experience and a strong desire to shape your own path.
- A curious, entrepreneurial mindset - you’re not afraid to ask questions, pitch ideas, and take initiative.
- Fluency in English (this is a must have)
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative spirit, with a passion for solving problems across different teams regardless of the area where you are working in.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change - you’ll adapt to new environments, tools, and goals.
- Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
- You have the legal right to work in Spain for the full duration of the program.

**Nice to have**
- Fluency in more than one language.
