**Goal of the position**

To support Order Management System Backoffice activities.
The Order Management System connects all the Omnichannel flows inside
the organization to be more efficient, improving the customer experience and
reducing leftover stock in the stores at the end of the season consolidates the Omnichannel capability allowing the stores to be part of the process with their stock through: Ship from Store, Click & Collect, Order in Store and Return in store functionalities.

**Main activities**

In collaboration with the Backoffice OMS Responsible, you will support our omnichannel operations with the following tasks:

- Follow-up issues from Ship from the store online orders fulfilled by the

stores
- Stores support in omnichannel operations
- Follow-up issues from Online returns in stores
- Support new omnichannel services
- To ensure the best omnichannel processes for our stores

**Previous experience, Languages, Knowledge & Technical skills**
- Previous experience desirable
- English Advanced
- MS Office user. Excel advanced user

**Who you are**:

- This program is for you if you are studying or have finished a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Law, Labour Law or Human Resources
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish is required; any other languages are a big plus
- Passion for the world of retail and fashion
- Previous professional experience is not required but the ambition and energy to give your best is a must

**As for the formal requirements**:

- ** Internship program**:It´s mandatory that you can sign an internship agreement with your university. Get your first professional experience
- **Graduate program**:For graduates from official bachelor or master studies within the last three years. Keep growing as a professional
