Nuestro cliente, Importante empresa del sector químico/têxtil situada en el Vallés Oriental necesita incorporar un/a:
**CUSTOMER SERVICE**

Dependiendo directamente del Director Comercial sus funciones principales serán:
**FUNCIONES / RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Entrada de los pedidos de cliente al sistema para la elaboración de las órdenes de fabricación y distribución a los departamentos de Producción, Laboratorio, Almacén, Logística y Contable.
- Programar las fechas de salida de los pedidos de cliente con el Rble. de Producción en función de las fechas requeridas y planificación productiva
- Seguimiento de los pedidos de los Clientes hasta su expedición, realizando revisiones de pedido, si éstas son requeridas.
- Coordinación con el departamento de compras para el seguimiento de llegada de material prima.
- Coordinación con el equipo comercial y departamento técnico (Calidad y Laboratorio) para atender a las consultas y quejas de cliente.
- Comunicación interdepartamental (equipo comercial, laboratorio, calidad y logística) del estado de los pedidos que requieran atención o varíen de lo solicitado por el cliente.
- Coordinación con Customer Service Turkey para la confirmación y seguimiento de pedidos.

**SE OFRECE**:

- Horario de lunes a jueves 8 a 17 hrs.y viernes de 8 a 14h.
- Contrato temporal de 8 / 9 meses

**Requisitos**:

- Conocimiento gestión comercial y exportaciones-importaciones.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años ren puesto similar.
- Nível de inglés minimo B2 (First Certificate).
- Diminio paquete informático.
- Residencia en el Vallés Oriental.
