Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.
We are hiring a** Commercial Performance Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:
- Sales and performance tracking: monitoring, developing and maintaining current performance tracking systems.
- Improving current processes for optimized efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare weekly board meetings presentations, ensuring consistency and impact on corporate materials (C-level/stakeholders).
- Facing new challenging initiatives such as enhancing route performance mathematical models (automated Budgeting/Forecasting).
- Propose schedule and capacity adjustments (in a very dynamic/competitive industry) in close cooperation with Strategy and Network departments.
- Quotations and negotiations (TTOOs) in collaboration with the Sales and Charter department.
- Support Revenue Management, Sales, Finance Control departments providing key business insights.
- Streamlining strategic initiatives and communicating objectives between departments.
**What you will need**:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Economics.
- Previous experience in a position of high analytical component or in the start-up ecosystem will be a plus.
- Familiarity with the airline industry will be a plus.
- High level of Spanish and English.
- High level of Excel and good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Familiarity with Power BI will be a plus.
- Ability to structure unstructured problems.
- Extreme attention to detail.
