**Mission**

The responsibilities include market and commercial data collection, analysis, and support for Sales (at individual, regional and national level) and the Marketing Team. This role involves defining, tracking, analysing, and presenting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, the position serves as a support person for Business Unit (BU) Directors in forecasting and end-to-end (E2E) processes.

**What your responsibilities will be**
- Collection, analysis and presentation of market and commercial data on individual, regional and national level.
- Close cooperation with Marketing/Product Manager and Sales Operations Manager in updating and communication of product and market data.
- Responsible for data collection & aggregation of key business indicators of the assigned products & services on regional & individual level
- Maintenance of market intelligence platform/ system.
- Main contact for market data providers, e.g. IQVIA, Insight Health, etc.
- Support of market research projects in collaboration with Product Manager
- Support of regional Sales Managers in updating of market data (on client & regional level) for conception of regional & individual call plans
- Development & implementation of suitable regular reporting systems for Sales Specialist
- Contribution to planning and targeting processes in close cooperation with Director Sales and Director Sales & Marketing
- Maintenance & accuracy of CRM reporting system for Sales & Marketing Team
- Being main contact of Sales Team Members in case of technical CRM / Reporting issues
- Support and back up of BU Directors in the forecasting, E2E, Kinaxis processes

- Commercial apprenticeship / economic studies or information scientist
- CRM System experience
- SAP-SD experience
- Advanced analytical skills & structured working approach
- Health Care industry experience preferred
- Presentation skills in front of a team
- Creating meaningful & comprehensible presentations of complex contexts
- Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
