**Commercial Excellence Analyst R2**

ESP-Mataró (Barcelona)

Take advantage of your new scope of action in the **Sales & Account** area at LABORATORIOS HARTMANN S.A., Mataró.

**Main resposibilities**:

- Participate in ComEx initiatives development.
- Implement ComEx initiatives in R2 countries.
- Develop SAC dashboards (mainly business intelligence) and implement usage.
- Develop a ComEx culture in the organization (Spain and R2).
- Able to support Salesforce, SalesWare (PopSales) and SAC (from modeler to report roles).
- Expert in sales and marketing data and KPI in order to support business management.
- Sales excellence (including SFE topics, POSM...) knowledgeable and point of reference.
- Opportunity management (i.e. funnel) expert both from a business point of view and technical.
- Commercial Launch Excellence expert: support and reporting.
- Sales process, customer centricity and customer experience ambassador.

**What do we look for?**
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineer or Political Science.
- Ability to converge technical/tools solutions with business needs.
- IT knowledge: Salesforce, SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel, other BI tools and/or statistical tools.
- Experience in ComEx, BI, SFE topics. Experience with data analysis.
- Business (i.e.. Marketing and/or Sales) and/or IT as business partner valued. Specific ComEx or SFE roles also valid.
- Fluent English and ability to work with multi-functional teams and different cultures.
