As Agency Senior Sales Manager on the Marketing Solutions team, and reporting into Country Director Spain, you will be in charge of securing agency business for Criteo Marketing Solutions products. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, navigating the client/agency stakeholder hierarchy, and through to closing the business. We are looking for someone who is experienced in building up deep relationships with agency display and biddable teams by being responsive, creative, consultative and having the right network in place. **Key Responsibilities**: - You will sell the Criteo Marketing Solutions proposition to leading tier-1 agencies across Spain. - Continuously prospect and pitch new clients, looking to drive the sale of new campaigns. - Manage agency relationships from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales. - Create long - term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeating business. - Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new clients. - Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Criteo quarterly objectives. - Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS,...) and use that to fuel new business with existing agencies. **Who are we looking for**: - A vast network within the Spanish online industry. - Proven sales experience in the agencies environment - Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations. - Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment. - Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to operate with high integrity in any situation. - Fluent in Spanish and English WTTJ LI-AK1 At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
