- Brief Overview:- Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Senior Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, leading a team
- Ability to set strategy around sourcing, using a range of methods to source talent
- Excellent English speaking skills required, and Spanish speaking is desirable
- Organized, strategic and a strong communicator
- Job Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for end to end hiring process, including interview management and planning, screening, liaising with relevant parties involved
- Working to utilise social media and online outreach, identifying new innovative ways of bringing in the best talent for the business, and helping to brand the business
- Responsible for improving the function and analysing improvements in the hiring process
- This role is based in Madrid, with hybrid working.
