At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious goal: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste.

As the world’s largest food waste-fighting app, we connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. Our community of 53 million users has saved more than 141 million meals from going to waste across 17 countries, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.

Globally, more than a third of food is wasted, and climate experts agree that combating food waste is one of the most important things we can do to address the climate crisis. For us, it’s simple: the bigger we get, the better placed we’ll be to make a huge difference.

We are looking for an exceptional Global Bid Manager to support the growth of our Key Accounts Globally.

**Your mission**

You are THE Too Good To Go dealmaker for Key Accounts. Supporting all of our markets with state of the art negotiation strategies and closing the best deal for our mission. You have a continuous overview of all deals that are in progress with Key Accounts and you know which type of deal we want to make and how to structure that in the best possible way for both Too Good To Go and our partners. You support our countries and global teams in the deal making process and interact with Key Account Managers, Heads of Key Accounts, Country Managers, Operations VP’s, Legal, as well as COO/CCO.

The Global Bid Manager is a newly created role that has the foundation for making a huge impact across our Key Accounts globally. Establishing strong relationships across the Key Accounts function is essential to being successful in the role. Success is illustrated by countries wanting to proactively engage with you when entering in partner negotiations AND of course by the amount of good quality deals closed within the time frame set.

**Your role**
- Reporting directly into the Global VP Key Accounts/Enterprise sales, the role is a highly specialised position with significant exposure to senior stakeholders across all our markets
- Supporting countries in their negotiations and setting them up for success
- You are in direct contact with country Key Account Manager's & Head of Key Accounts to understand their deal making needs
- As a master in negotiation and relationship management you will continuously give guidance on strategic planning
- Designing and leading Too Good To Go’s deal making best practice, ensuring all countries are executing operational excellence across all Key Accounts
- You have strong networking capabilities and will travel to different countries to build extremely strong relations with local teams
- **This role can be based in any Too Good To Go location**

**Requirements**:

- Experience negotiating within Key Accounts, ideally across a global function
- Exposure to selling services into the food retailer to consumer market
- You have led and successfully closed international deals - creating negotiation strategies is your home
- Being fluent in additional languages would be a huge benefit, full professional proficiency in English is a must have
- You have great executive presence with the ability to set the agenda and drive change
- You are a self starting, make it happen person with high energy and passion
- You can thrive and navigate excellent in a complex stakeholder landscape
- Excellent presentation skills
- Have the ability to prioritise workloads and keep it simple
- You understand complex situations fast
- Natural ability to engage people and teams
