The qualifications for a Bid Manager typically vary depending on the industry and nature of the organization, but the following are often considered important:
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- A bachelor's degree is generally required, preferably in engineering, business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in bid management, sales, quality or a related field is usually required.
- Experience in the Defense industry and Chorus 2.0 process can be a plus.
- Experience with project management, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are crucial, as the role involves significant interaction with other departments and potentially with clients as well.
- Familiarity with the bidding or procurement processes, market trends, and cost estimating can be advantageous.
We would like someone to join our team who is
creative, passionate about technical work, well organized, committed and detail oriented.
We need a team player that is also autonomous when required. And of course, customer oriented.
You must have fluent
English
level (B2+) and high or native level of
Spanish
