Estamos buscando un/a BID MANAGER OFICINAS para nuestro equipo de Tetris Arquitectura.
Qué implica esta posición
Formarás parte del equipo de Estudios y Compras participando en el desarrollo de las propuestas técnico/económicas del departamento, asegurando que se ofrecen los más altos estándares de calidad y colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos de la Compañía, de forma que desarrollarás las siguientes funciones:

  • Análisis de la información recibida para una perfecta comprensión del alcance de las propuestas.
  • Visitas técnicas a inmuebles para toma de datos.
  • Realización/ comprobación de mediciones de obra.
  • Petición, gestión y análisis de las ofertas requeridas a los diferentes proveedores.
  • Formalización del estudio y presupuesto económico de obras a través del análisis de los comparativos.
  • Análisis técnico-económico conjunto de la propuesta, de forma que el documento a presentar sea preciso en términos de alcance, tiempo y coste.
  • Elaboración de la documentación técnica-económica requerida por el Cliente en tiempo y forma.
  • Cierre de la oferta técnica-económica con el Responsable del Departamento.
  • Comunicación continua y fluida con los diferentes actores internos y externos vinculados en la propuesta.

¿Se parece a ti? Para aplicar necesitas ser/ tener:
¿Tienes titulación Universitaria de Arquitectura / Arquit. Técnico o Ingeniería/Ing. Técnica?
¿Tienes conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la construcción? Recomendable experiencia en gestión de obras.
¿Tienes al rededor de 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares en el sector oficinas?
¿Manejas herramientas de paquete office, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD y Revit?
¿Tienes un nivel alto de inglés?
¿Sabes alemán y/o Francés?
