Delivery Manager

**Mission**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage cross-functional Scrum teams delivering custom software solutions
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of software projects in collaboration with Program Managers
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align development with business priorities
- Coordinate with architecture, DevOps, and governance teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Supervise internal and external resources, including hiring and performance management
- Monitor and ensure service KPIs, security compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Strong background in Agile software development and DevOps environments
- Proven experience managing software teams and delivering complex solutions
- Solid understanding of software architecture and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Application development experience in the Microsoft stack
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
**Nice to Have**:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience with open-source stacks and project/vendor management
- Familiarity with tools like Checkmarx, SonarLint, and SonarQube
- ITIL Foundations Certification
