The Opportunity

We, at Flywire, are looking for a forward-thinking, motivated, and hardworking Client Success Operations Associate to support new and existing Travel Clients. This individual should be a phenomenal teammate, interested in building an emerging vertical, and be motivated by success.

The Client Success Operations Associate will be supporting existing and new clients, maintaining and growing our relationship with them, while also handling operational and support functions for travel clients.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Providing support for Travel clients while covering operational lifts
- Manages day to day support ticket queue - for example, staying on top of chargebacks, refunds, operational issues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships and communication with travel clients
- Working with internal teams to build out standard processes to support existing clients
- Strategic Consultation
- Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy.
- Providing a feedback loop for the Client, by gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating the evolution of merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management personnel.
- Developing and maintaining a current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintaining, at all times, a professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company
- Execution and results oriented
- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.

**Qualifications**
Here’s What We’re Looking For:

- At least 1-2 years of client support experience
- Experience in handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and planning skills
- Proficient presentation skills
- Working experience with Salesforce and Zendesk platforms is a plus
