We are seeking a Digital Marketing Senior Associate familiar with website management and optimization, performance marketing, and marketing automation.

The Digital Marketing Senior Associate will work within the Digital Marketing area to build, improve and optimize our website presence, giving support to all our locations while we work on global strategic projects. This position will be a key asset in the planning and execution of new projects.

This position will also work with other members of the team to build, manage, optimize and evolve our paid campaigns. Driving quality conversions and taking care of the customer journey from top-of-funnel. This position requires a strong drive to deliver results in the form of increased qualified traffic and leads, and an appetite for continual improvement and alignment with the global strategy and designs. This position is great for a technical and analytically-minded marketer.

**Responsibilities include**:

- ** Website projects**
- Assist on the execution of the company’s web strategy and general management of our website projects in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Associate
- Coordinate content development and content management for new programs, verticals, and locations content.
- Manage design and development processes for new sections/elements of the website as well as new usability proposals and manage the execution of the developments.
- Management and coordination of SEO.
- Create reports and analyze performance KPIs.
- Collaborate on the future migration of the website, this position will assist on project management tasks, and coordinate all stakeholders to ensure that this project is accomplished successfully.
- **Performance marketing**
- Strategizing, building and managing the execution of digital paid campaigns (mainly Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads).
- Audience researching (discovery and expansion), reviewing and editing of ad creative/copy, review and analysis of website performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns. Growing and optimizing our keywords portfolio through testing with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
- Ensure high quality and relevancy of our ad copy and creatives following our brand guidelines.
- Performing rigorous campaign analysis to determine performance, ROI, and optimization opportunities, in an effort to ensure that goals are being met or exceeded.
- Align our performance marketing campaigns with our global brand and marketing initiatives.
- **Marketing Automation**- Generate ideas and create content coordinating with appropriate parties to ensure the accuracy of content for leads.
- Ensure communications are delivered to and received by the appropriate audiences.

**Requirements/Skills**
- English native or bilingual
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience in website project management
- 2+ years of experience in marketing automation
- Experience driving growth and programs for B2B
- Creative, capable to produce content inspired by data and adapt it to different channels and personas
- Able to prioritize and execute in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- A highly-collaborative cross-functional teammate who acts as a partner, driving success for local and global stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Availability to travel
- Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Certifications, LinkedIn
