Per un nostro Cliente, nota azienda settore Moda, siamo alla ricerca di un/una **COUNTRY MANAGER **per guidare l'espansione del mercato spagnolo.

**Responsabilità**:

- Sviluppare e implementare la strategia di crescita aziendale per il mercato spagnolo
- Supervisionare e gestire le operazioni quotidiane, tra cui vendite, marketing, gestione del personale ed operations, in costante relazione con HQ in Italia
- Coordinare e collaborare con i team di vendita e marketing per sviluppare piani di marketing efficaci e strategie di vendita per raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e quota di mercato
- Stabilire relazioni solide con i clienti chiave, le agenzie, i fornitori e le altre parti interessate del settore
- Monitorare le tendenze del mercato, analizzare la concorrenza e proporre idee innovative per migliorare la presenza aziendale
- Gestire il budget assegnato e garantire un utilizzo efficiente delle risorse finanziarie

**Requisiti**:

- **Conoscenza approfondita di Italiano e Spagnolo**:

- Conoscenza approfondita del settore di riferimento a livello nazionale
- Solide competenze di gestione del personale e capacità di leadership, con esperienza nella guida di un team in organizzazioni complesse
- Orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e capacità di pianificazione strategica
- Ottima capacità di negoziazione e relazionali per stabilire e mantenere relazioni commerciali efficaci
- Eccellenti capacità analitiche e problem-solving per guidare le decisioni aziendali

**Si offre**:
Retribuzione definita da una RAL e un pacchetto variabile da valutare in fase di colloqui, auto aziendale, devices, flessibilità di gestione.
