**Country Manager**

**Do you want to be a key player in a growing company by taking responsibility for business development in a new country? Are you interested in working in a scaling SaaS company working with telecom and automation? That’s Adversus. And we need you to scale even more**

At Adversus, we’re looking for a Country Manager to establish our new office in Spain, maintaining the day-to-day operations while simultaneously being in charge of scaling Adversus focusing on the national market.

Adversus is a cloud-based, all-in-one call center platform focusing on our client's needs for an efficient and data-driven daily routine. Our founders started the company in 2016 with the purpose of creating a smarter solution for telemarketing companies. Today, we're 30 employees, with 20 of us located at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, from where we deliver our solution to companies worldwide.

As a SaaS company, we continually focus on optimizations and further feature implementation to accommodate our clients in the best way possible. This also means that we're firm believers in an agile work approach to meet the requirements in a competitive market.

**Your role at Adversus**

As the very first employee in Spain, you'll have the opportunity of assembling your Adversus dream team, primarily focusing on achieving revenue in the national market. In close cooperation with the management team, you'll play a key part in ensuring the successful establishment of Adversus' presence, processes, and culture in Spain. If we were to wrap it up in one sentence, you're gonna be the head of our Spanish branch, helping expand Adversus across borders.

**Your primary tasks will be**
- Managing the growth of Adversus in Spain
- Incorporate the Adversus culture into your team
- Establish and maintain the best relations with our current as well as our new clients
- Setup meetings with potential clients and help them on their Adversus journey ️
- Close deals and celebrate with the rest of the fantastic team
- Ensuring happy and high-performing employees

**You must**
- Have management experience in sales or customer relations
- Be fluent in Spanish (preferably your mother tongue) and English
- Be proactive, curious, and constantly seeking possibilities
