Our collaborator's mission is to create the perfect digital interaction between restaurants/bars and their customers, helping bars and their professionals earn more money while providing the best experience to their users. They believe in the potential of digitalisation to change the way we interact with the physical world.
**TASKS**:
- Be responsible for the successful implementation and conversion of clients.
- Ensure that customer expectations regarding the product are met.
- Receive closed leads from sales as an Account Manager.
- Ensure that the customer has the best possible experience.
- Work to retain and build customer loyalty over the long term.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Advanced Italian level
- Fluent Spanish is required
- Good predisposition
- Proactive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Motivation
**BENEFITS**:
Working hors: 25-30 hours/week
Compensation: 300 euros/month
Possibility of being hired on an indefinite basis.
