**Your Mission**: As our, you'll helm our team of passionate UX designers and researchers, ensuring our products are not just usable, but deeply valuable and exquisitely crafted. Your leadership will be pivotal, shaping our strategy, operations, and communication to meet real user needs. ** What You’ll Be Doing**: - Orchestrating team performance, resource allocation, and project prioritization to foster a culture of design excellence. - Guiding product experiences from inception to launch, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, marketing and business. - Transforming conceptual ideas into practical, user-centric products across platforms. - Crafting end-to-end flows and experiences, while evolving designs within visual systems and standards. - Facilitating a culture of feedback and mentorship to continuously elevate quality and foster growth. - Cultivating a robust design process and contributing to the organization's product strategy. Who You’ll Be Playing With - Reporting directly to our CPO, you'll lead a team of 6 people. **Our Ideal "Player"**: - Possesses 7+ years of professional experience in app and web product design and creation. - Delivered delighting experiences towards B2C as well as C2C user groups. - Has led teams of designers in highly agile and demanding environments. - Fluent in English and preferably spanish. - Trackrecord of impact thru design. - Solid experimentation culture and understanding of the hypothesis validation process. - User and market research. - Data-driven mindset to set and align goals - High-artistic sense of visual design - Appeal and interest for sports (and in special, padel or other racket sports) Extra Points \* Experience collaborating with remote, multicultural teams. \* Based in Madrid or able to commute there regularly. **What’s in It for You**: - Competitive salary tailored to experience. - Opportunity to collaborate with an international team. - Generous vacation days, wellness benefits, and social perks. - Gym discounts and access to wellbeing apps. **- Our Hiring Process**: - Initial interviews with our People team. - Interview with the CPO, your hiring manager. - Engagements with Engineering Managers and Product Leads. - Final interview with the CPO.
