UX Researcher

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Prepare and execute customer research to support the objective of the business
- Collaborate to define intent, development, testing, and refinement of prototypes
- Build user journeys and personas
- Design and execute a variety of research studies, including user testing, field studies, usability tests, concept tests, group discussions, etc
- Synthesize quantitative data with qualitative data to help drive product and design decisions
- Partner with design, product, and marketing colleagues to understand business needs, and design appropriate research studies to generate user-focused insights
- Lead & own customer community related projects
- Validate assumptions to guide product and marketing team strategies

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as UX Researcher
- Fluent in English
- Strong Business acumen and Fintech industry knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of UX and UI
- Experience conducting user research
- Knowledge of quantitative analysis and statistics
- Experience and knowledge in marketing processes and strategies
