Docplanner is a SaaS tool for doctors and clinics used to optimize their patient flow, reduce no-shows, and digitize their practices in order to be able to spend more time with the patient. We also operate marketplace websites in 13 countries which serve 80 million patients monthly to easily find the right doctor and book an appointment.

Docplanner was founded in 2012 in Poland. Our team now numbers 2,400 people based across offices in Warsaw, Barcelona, Istanbul, Rome, Mexico City, Curitiba and Bologna. It is backed by leading venture capital funds including Point Nine Capital, Goldman Sachs Private Capital and One Peak Partners, raising a total of €300million to date.

One of those is the Global Head of Strategic Finance. You will report to our Global VP Finance and - among plenty of other things - lead cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across the group.
**The role will be based in one of our offices in Italy, Spain, Poland, Germany, Turkey, Mexico or Brazil (or fully remote).**

**Job Description**:

- Act as a business partner to help stakeholders make key decisions by providing them with necessary data, and helping them interpret analyses, measure progress against goals and provide insight into future initiatives.
- Provide oversight and challenge stakeholders with key focus on delivery and business efficiency.
- Support planning processes and special projects to improve, scale, and automate forecasting and reporting.
- Support critical business projects and programs. Develop well thought-through business cases, realistic implementation plans and thereafter play a key role in driving and monitoring execution.
- Conduct regular cost reviews, identify cost savings opportunities, and execute / lead ad-hoc cross functional projects focused on cost optimization.
- Act as trusted adviser to business partners in the vendor sourcing process; ensuring we achieve optimal value.
- Support the VP Finance and Group CFO on a variety of ad-hoc finance, business and organisational projects and research.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Procurement, Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy, ideally in a growth setting or similarly high-paced environment.
- Ability to positively influence business performance by using data, commentary and analysis to inform decision making whilst building and maintaining strong executive level relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiating skills, capable of managing complex engagements and able to work with senior management.
- Hands-on approach and positive “can do'' mindset.
- Fluency in English (you will work with our global team); knowledge of any other group language highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a quickly changing environment, and manage competing demands (we are a fast growing company).
- Adaptable and comfortable working within a cross functional team and working on tasks outside of your comfort zone.

A big plus would be:

- A CPA, CFA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree.
- Experience managing and influencing complex cross-functional initiatives and performance in prior roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Previous experience in a similar role (Finance & Strategy, FP&A, Strategic Finance, etc) in a fast growing scale-up.
